Everything that was supposed to happen, happened and on time, it was great. My truck had to be picked up by a certain date or I was going to be charged a daily rate. But the Broker Alex called to give me the best rate possible. I was offered a cheaper rate with another broker but they couldn’t find me a driver buy the time I needed my truck picked up. The Broker Alex convinced me he could do all that I needed in the time I needed it done. He also assured me that an open air carrier was safe and secure as its the same way new cars get transported to dealerships. He let me know when my truck was picked up and when it was on the road. The driver called me an hour before he arrived to let me know what time he would show up and he arrived exactly at that time. I was going to say I was a little bit scared as I read some of the reviews online and there were plenty of horror stories but I’m was so relived to see none of those things happen with my transportation. As my truck is my baby and it arrived in perfect condition with no scratches or dents on it. So again I thank you ?? for a great experience A paid a little bit more than I wanted to spend to get my vehicle back to me but I think you pay for what you get and I got great service. So I had to pay for it.
