Diana is the pearl of Getcarrier.com. She was very polite and professional throughout the whole process. She has explained things very clearly and was so Patient which made the whole experience that much better. My car was shipped and delivered right on time! .Diana was very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of, I could call or email and she would be right there to help me out. She was with me during the whole process. If you are shipping your car you need to call get carrier and ONLY deal with Diana! Seamless experience for a great price with great customer service because of Diana! You are lucky that you have Diana. Appreciate her and her job. I think she needs to be a team leader. Definitely management material.
