On July 26th I contracted with get it done transport. That day I gave them my debit card and they were to charge me $190.00 for their portion of my vehicle delivery. On July 28th they (get it done transport) charged my account $290.00. Then on the 31st they charged my account an additional $100.00. When I contacted them I got allot of bs excuses like I’ll call you right back and I will handle this asap. After several days and several emails and several phone calls I received a deposit of $100.00 of the $200 that they owed me. Several more phone calls and several more emails and still more bs excuses. I still have not received my full refund of what they overcharged me. I can’t help but wonder how many people have had this same experience and have not noticed. I bet allot! I will be pursuing this with the better business bureau and the Florida attorney general’s. Go with any other transportation company do not use get it done transport!!!

Michael, I am not sure why you would say the refunds was not done they were as promised. I apologize for the oversight, I can assure you this was an isolated incident. We have been in business over a decade, and transport over 12,000 cars a year. You don't get this type of longevity by not doing right by all clients. Our top priority is client satisfaction. Please see refund details below but like I said you know this already because the money is in your account refunded.
