Gettting a vehicle transported is an inherently frustrating process. I had other companies overpromise and underperform. Ed was open and honest about the process. The most important reason I am giving 5 stars is that Ed answered every time I called. And if he said he would call me back, he called me back. Other companies that I called would just shine me on and never call me back and then stop picking up the phone. Ed is a straight shooter.
