Lie!!! He told me I could have up to 100 lbs of personal stuffs in the trunk. When the driver came to pick up the car, he said he didn't know about what the broker (David Pein) told me. It had nothing to do with him. If I wanted to put any stuffs in the trunk, I had to pay extra fee. He charged me extra $125 for stuffs less than 100 lbs. I tried to call David Pein, but he was hard to reach (after you already paid the deposit, most of calls went to voicemail). He promised to solve problems, but he has never called back to solve the issue. I called him back many times, but my calls ended with voicemails...I ended up paying the extra fee when the driver got to the destination. Anyway, I should have listened to the feedback/negative reviews here. I read his responses to the negative reviews, it appeared that he's professional and solved the issues. Now, I thinks they were just Lies to cover his negative reviews. Don't be like me. He will probably reply to my negative review and show that he refunds or gives me the money back. It doesn't happen. I have been waiting for a while. Now, I decide to spend my time to write this review. Don't be like me thinking about him solving issues. I already paid the extra fee. His quote was higher than the others, but I picked him with the hope that if issues occurred, he would be there to solve problems. I WAS WRONG. Don't be like me.

Quang, reading your review is disheartening due to the fact it is inaccurate. First I want to apologize you were unhappy. Your car was picked up on time and delivered in 5 days across country. As far as the 100.00 fee you were charged by the driver for putting perssonal belongings in the vehicle this was an option you didnt have to agree too- when the driver got there to load your car he saw it was packed with more then 100lbs he told you it would cost 100.00 for the belongings you could have said no and we look for another carrier that would hace accepted your car full of stuff. He gave you this choice BEFORE it was loaded. I am sorry you werent 100% satisfied. It was explained anything more then 100lbs is between you and the driver like it is explained to every potencial customer. Also to anyone thinking of using us please know I have a total of 21 complaints out of 1000's of positive reviews in the last 8yrs and transport close to 10,000 cars a year which proves our family buisness goes above abd beyond for each and every client. Our success rate is much greater then the unhappy clients we have. We also have 100's of refrences across the country.
