Worked with David Pein the owner. In the end this company Did get it Done. They delivered a vehicle that has been in my family for 40 years to the next generation. This was my first time using a transport company for a vehicle so I have no experience with others. The vehicle arrived with no issues at all everything was fine.
My four star rating is based on he upfront communication before the pick-up. I called and gave Git it Done My $120 deposit with an initial commitment to pick the vehicle up Tuesday of the next week. Sunday evening still no confirmation of pick-up sent an e-mail requesting status. Got response Monday afternoon for Tuesday morning. The original shipper had a truck break down, but I only learned that after I delayed my day 5 hours and I finally made a phone call to David, he told me he would work work on it. After that I heard nothing for 1 day. Then Wednesday a shipper called me while I was out to dinner at 6:00 to tell me the truck would be at my house in 15 minutes to pick up the vehicle.
The driver was very professional and did an excellent job.
