Horrible customer service and Delayed transport and Negligence and Irresponsible and Unprofessional.

I am a Professional and a Mom and was working almost until the last day prior to my move date and I really needed my car. I chose this company as I moved my husband's car in the past in 1 week and they promised to deliver my car in 3 days. My car was supposed to be picked on Aug 10th and delivered in 3 days per our phone conversation and the driver calls me on Aug 8th saying he was supposed to be picking it up on Aug 9th. And I thought may be I heard it wrong as I was busy with my moving. I had made arrangements with my friend's car initially and struggled getting rides for 2 days as I was still working and had to drop my baby at day care. My expected car delivery written on the tracking website was Aug 15th. When I called on Aug 15th they tell me that my car was sitting in their place for all this while and it just started that day. And then they give me an estimated date of Aug 17th or 18th. When I called Mr David Pein from Get it done transportation, he told he will find out and get back to me. Inspite of 3 or 4 phone calls that day for followup he never calls me back. When I called on Aug 18th and that too directly Erin and Bills company then they tell me the driver is still in South Carolina and he still has 8 more cars to deliver. I had to rent a car as I had to start working again. And next day I tried attempting calls again to Mr David Pein from Get it done and there was no response to my phone calls or voice calls and finally I write an email to him and he writes back Sorry and I delivered your husband's car in 3 days( which he never moved in 3 days still and it was a week for my husband's car still). I was really disappointed with this service as they gave false promises of delivering the car in 3 days and I still kept room for a week based on my husband's car experience. But mine went to the extremes of 12 days as my car was delivered on Aug 20th. The worst part of the moving is that this guy is very unprofessional and didn't respond to my phone calls when I started to become upset or didn't give me an estimated date and I had no idea when it will be delivered. Or probably he took a woman for granted which I am more upset about.

Hi Padma Rekha Koukuntla, I do sincerely apologize for the delay of your delivery. In logistics although we have a success rate of 98% delivering within the promised window some times a carrier may be delayed for many unforeseen reasons this was communicated with you. We moved your husbands car and the car was delivered within the promise date from the same carrier and we got no good review... this time carrier was delayed and your willing to share your experience. I did apologize up and down but the only thing you wanted was the car there immediately which was impossible under the circumstances of a mechanical issue with the carrier. I do apologize again. We transport OVER 700 cars a month and have 17 complaints in the last 2 years. We work extremely hard to make sure each and every client is happy. This is a rare occurrence and to any potential clients we do have 100's of references upon your request across the country of happy customers willing to share there experience with us to you.
