Transporting a car cross-country is not a precise business arrangement - the customer outlines the dates a car can be picked up or should be delivered, but it all depends on when a driver is available to take it. I had to wait 5 days for the car to be picked up, but once the pickup time was specified, it was adhered to. The delivery date kept getting moved back but Gateway Carriers stayed in touch with me and with the driver. Gateway gave me their motor carrier number and sent me a fax of their insurance coverage to reassure me theirs is a responsible business. When the car was delivered, everything was intact and the fee was consistent with the original bid - there were no hidden costs or last minute add-ons. I would use Gateway Carriers again, knowing that patience will be rewarded with safe delivery at a fair price.
