This was our first experience transporting a car, so we were a little nervous about the process. Rick, however, took time to address all of my concerns and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The final price was $50 more than initially estimated, but Rick let me know at the time of the initial estimate that carriers may or may not come in at that estimate. If they didn't I would have the option on waiting for another carrier to bid for the work at the original estimate.
The car was picked up, as scheduled, on a Tuesday in Salt Lake City and was delivered on that Friday in Richmond, VA. The car was dirty because there was a major snowstorm the drivers had to drive through, and I knew that the car was on an open carrier. The truck driver called me 30 minutes ahead of pickup time (as promised). Everything went as planned, and if I ever need to transport a car again, I will certainly be calling on "From Here To There Auto Transport".
