Steer clear of this company! My car took about 8 days to get ship...which was fine, but when the car was dropped off to me the key would not come out of the ignition. This was a problem I had never had before and clearly the result of something going wrong during transport. As a female in her early 20s, I was extremely uncomfortable with the driver who had said that he would give me my car for free if I "did something for him". I gave him my money immediately and wanted to get out of the situation as quickly as possible but as soon as i got into my car I realized the problem with my key. The driver took no responsibility and told me there was no way it was his fault and to take it to the dealer since my extended warranty would cover it. Long story short, a physical piece inside my gear shift had been BROKEN off somehow. I was left without a car for an additional 3 days and had to pay a $200 deductible. When I contacted Freedom for rectification they were extremely unprofessional and rude (esp Lillian) in their handling and refused to offer any solution. They took ZERO responsibility even after I told them I had been unsuccessful in contacting the driver. Please beware! They have no problem taking your money and guaranteeing insurance and all of that, but as soon as something goes wrong, they wash their hands clean. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that a company that would have such low ethical standards.

Caitlin, First I will respond to the problem you have with your ignition system. You need to go to www.nissanclub.com and do a little research before you start blaming others for a common problem that your model vehicle has. There is no way the driver can cause a problem with your ignition system, all he does is start your, drive it onto the trailer and turn it off. then the same to unload. all I did was google ignition problems with your model Nissan, and the firstr thing that came up was the same issue you are having. Second, your car was picked up on time and delivered on time, not late as you state. From NV to MI is 6-8 days. No one was rude to you, we just told it was not an insurance issue or damage in transport, that you would need to take it to your local dealer and have it checked out. And as far as the driver making comments to you, you never once mentioned this to us when you called about the problem with your ignition. Not Once! But now that you have to pay for car repairs, which from everyone of the claims on NissanClub's website, Nissan denies the problem and they had to pay to fix also. Making false accusations against the driver is not only unfair but immature.
