Worst Shipping Experience Ever

It took the company all of at least 4 failed pickups over 2 week timespan with no good excuses and no contact, no matter how many specific instructions I gave them or phone calls I made. The lady with Freight Center was always kind and tried to help as best as possible it did seem like. Finally the driver did come to pick it up and he was also kind. Only whoever delivered the boxes lost one. I submitted my claim only no one contacts you nor do they tell you what all information they need. They send a vague email with a login and password, never telling you that you need to go there or that other information is needed to complete the order. It's setup in hopes that you run out of time to submit the claim. Finally when the claim was submitted I was told I'd get updated every two weeks on the status...that was six weeks ago. This is still ongoing and I will complain on every site I can, something I never do. Please do not use Freight Center! I'm going on a d6 month ordeal with them and it's frustrations that I do not need. Use anyone else.
