This was maybe the worst service experience of my life. It would take a book to describe all the screw-ups, but here are a few: Two scheduled pickups never occurred, and I had to wait at home both times. No one called to say they would be late or not come at all. I had to transport the rug down to the truck as they would not come to the house. I got conflicting reports on status continually from Freight Center and the carrier, USF Reddaway. Delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, then moved to Firday from 10-2. It was finally delivered at 6PM, so a completely wasted day waiting at the house. Finally, unbelievably, the rug was filthy. I have no idea how this could happen as it was professionally cleaned before shipping and double wrapped in plastic. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER even think of using this company again.
