Exceptional level of service. No unpleasant surprises. Received price quote right away and it was identical to the quote I had received from TransportReviews (unlike some others). After about 5 days I was notified that Franks own trucks wouldn't be able to be routed in a timely manner to pick up my car. Owner Frank Kimbrough contacted me personally (very friendly, helpful and professional) to explain that they had set me up with Carolina Auto Transport. "Marko Redeker" owner and driver for Carolina Transport, called my daughter in North Carolina and picked my car up the very next morning. Two days later I spoke to Marko myself and he delivered the car to the bottom of my driveway in two days (back country of Adirondack Mountains). He would have brought it up my driveway but the hanging tree limbs were too thick. Thank you Perry, Frank and Marko. Very stress-free experience.
