This was my first experience shipping a vehicle. Trying to establish which companies were honest, reliable and fair was daunting. It seemed like there were many horror stories written among the reviews for just about all, and different rating sites, which was confusing. Luckily, I happened to ask a friend of mine if he knew of a good transporter. Just so happens that he had done his own research before shipping his Porsche from SC to CA. He used Frank's Auto and recommended them to me. From the first time I spoke with Perry, I knew this company was a step above the rest. His quote was fair ( lower than many previous quotes), he always answered the phone when I called, within a couple of days I had the carrier's name and numbers, estimated pick up date, etc., and I could always call for status updates. My Jeep Grand Cherokee was picked up from CT and delivered to me in LA, CA a right on schedule and in perfect condition.
