Low quote but no service

I contacted Fox Transport because they had a decent approval rating. They game me a low quote for my auto delivery, but it was so low that no truckers would accept the job. After waiting for two weeks and still no truck to pick up my car, I went elsewhere, where I got immediate delivery. Fox did reduce their fee by $25 and did refund my deposit, but they still did a poor job of finding a trucker to pick up and deliver my auto. They blamed the high cost of gas, and the low fee to the trucker, but that is not my problem. They talked to me like it was MY problem, where they were the ones with the low quote.
