We found Fox to be truly professional in all aspects of our dealings, from contracting to move the vehicle to its delivery. They took great care to provide us with all the warnings and details we needed prior to agreeing to arrange for our car to be transported. As Fox is a broker and not a transporter themselves, their job is to arrange for the car to be transported by someone or some company, yet even after doing so, once we encountered a problem getting prompt delivery, a problem belonging to the company contracting to move the car and not Fox, they assumed responsibility and immediately contacted the transporting company demanding they both establish a delivery time and that they keep it. Further, once aware of the problem, Fox kept in contact with us to ensure delivery was made and that we were satisfied. We cannot make enough positive comments about Fox Auto Transportation. Their services, from the time we first contacted them until the car was on the ground at its destination, were professional, pleasant, and everything one could expect from a company working in a difficult field.
