This company is completely worthless. I have had two horrible experiences with this company. A client of mine needed their Escalade picked up at a Day's Inn. The front desk was notified that Foremost Transport would be coming to pick up the vehicle, and I gave Del Kropf (dispatcher) the number to the front desk. On the day they contracted to pick the vehicle up, no one showed. Confused, I called the very ambitious and helpful Mr. Kropf. With great passion, he assured me he would call the driver and call me right back!! (This was about 4:50pm.) Relieved, I went back to work. After about 20 minutes and no response, I called back. HA! low and behold they had left the office 10 minutes after I called. Sneaky sneaky Mr. Kropf! Of course, being the pro-active human being I am, (they certainly aren't) I thought a follow up call the following morning should provide me with the information I was seeking. I called the cunning and elusive Mr. Kropf back, only to hear that the driver could not get a hold of the pick up location ALL DAY LONG. (Again, with much passion and conviction). I informed Mr. Kropf that the contact number he was given was to the front desk of a HOTEL! I've only been on this earth for a short 26 years, but have never heard of a hotel desk that didn't answer the phone for hours upon end. His response? (With just enough southern drawl to NOT sound charming) "Well, I'm just tellin' ya what the driver told me." WOW! Round two. Silly me. I have another client who is broke down at a Walmart in Tennessee (a situation of great despair and urgency). I get a call from the one and only (drum roll please) BRYAN SELLS! Hey after all, it's not Mr. Kropf? Not all the Apples can be bad?? Right?? He didn't sound like he had a f**king dunce cap on. Boy was I wrong. He actually asked if I was allowed to do business with his company. (apparently he can't do business with too many companies). He assured me he would take care of this customers car. He contracted to pick this car up on 8/18/17 in the morning. At 3pm I got a voicemail from a unnamed female, informing me that their truck "broke down" and they would not be able to pick up the load. I called the honest, sincere, and soon to be elusive Mr. Sells and got sent straight to voicemail! WOW! I called the young female back who left the voicemail (in desperate search for some kind of intelligent life form at this company) and got put on hold, then sent to voicemail....Now, here I sit, the sad clown, who's clients car is sitting in a Walmart parking lot all alone. Don't do business with this company, unless you want the most disgusting taste left in your mouth.
