I reveiwed Fleet United two weeks ago, before I received my car. I have since received my car, a month after I contracted them. They DID do something to help out with the move. The shipping company that they contracted was going to charge us $800, $50 more than quoted, but I dont know if its an isolated incident or not, but they made up the $50 difference after we called both shipping companies and straightened it out. All in all, dont go through a broker, go straight to the shipper themselves. Words from Antwan in response to my previous post......

Sorry to upset you Mr. Dorsey, the only thing brown on me is the color of my skin. Despite your remarks on the review site, all that I have told you and Kelley is the truth, no matter what you may think other wise, I have my records and phone calls to credit all that I have told you. If I could give you a refund I would, unfortunately that's not up to me. If I were in the business to screw people I don't think I would invest my time off to try and facilitate a move because I want to help a customer out as much as I can. Also if I was so full of it, I wouldn't put forth any money out of our pockets to entice any driver close to the area to try and get a unit moved. For all the grief and inconvenience you have endured I don't expect you understand anything I have done for you. I don't take any of those ratings personally, due to the fact there are customers who are un-aware of the logistics involved in moving a car. Not saying that you are one of them, your credentials speak for themselves. But this matter I take personally because I invested personal time, and submitting profit to get this taken care of. I can assume this would mean nothing to you coming from me, seeing as that I'm so full of it. Good day to you sir.
