What a disaster! I contacted Fleet after a disappointment from Hurst and Fleet assured me that they would have no problems meeting their promised 2-10 day pick up schedule. Of course this did not happen and they weren't even up front about it. The contract with them is dated July 21, 2005 and when I cancelled on Aug.29,2005 they still did not have a pick up for me. This business seems to be full of people that are not serious about their work. it is very frustrating.

At least they did not charge my credit card, which makes them one step up from the people at Hurst-the worst!

The title speaks for itself. Alisa was unable to move her car from a previous shipper. When she contracted with us, she was told of the difficulty of her route. She was the only vehicle going that direction. Unfortunately no carrier was able to do the job for us. Its unfortunate but it is the nature of the business. She of course was not charged for anything, and we used our resources to help her. Was that mentioned.. Nope
