I had to write a review cause of the excellent customer service and care received at the hands of Barry Wilson.

I bought a car and signed contract with a different shipping company. Waited for about 2.5weeks but the car was never picked up. Cancelled the order and started looking for shipping companies on Transport reviews. I read about Fleet Express and Barry Wilson. I wanted to call them and ask for help.

I called in to Fleet Express on 4/10 asking for help. Introducing the legendary Barry Wilson. I explained to him my situation and requested if he could help me out. Barry never promised that he will pick it up the next day but assured me that he will get it picked up within 3days. He gave me no sales pitch and told me after listening to me that he gonna do his level best to get it picked next day. He was very clear on the rate that i will be charged and timelessness of the job. He told me that the vehicle would be delivered in about 7-9days. Man of his word he was - the car was picked up on 4/11. And on top of it delivered today 4/16 @5:00 in the morning.

Do i need say more. I am very thankful and grateful. I appreciate your Barry and salut your spirit and how ya take care of your clients. This is one of the best experiences i ever had and i am going to recommend your services and your company to all of my friends.
