I was told they would do their best to pick up my car on my chosen date, which was Thursday August 22, 2013. But they told me upfront that they can not guarantee the exact date. I like the honesty there. Fortunately, Marcello picked up my Toyota Camry on my chosen date at 4 pm from Las Vegas, Nevada. He told me he will be in Virginia after one week. One week + 1 day later, on Friday Marcello delivered my car and I was happy. Marcello picked up my calls and responded my to my text messages and updated me on his status. I was very happy with his service.
