Sarah, the Customer Service Rep., did an outstanding job. There was a delay in picking up the car and she stayed in touch. Great communication. Something that is hard to come by these days.
Car was picked up on a Wednesday in North Carolina and delivered the next day to Naples, FL. Excellent Service.
Furthermore, the actual transporter did a thorough job of inspecting the car at pickup and noted a couple of minor flaws on the Bill of Lading.
Just as an FYI, this was a referral from my son. The transportation of his new Porsche was arranged through Sarah. He was impressed. As a result of his experience, I called Sarah, direct, for the transportation of this MB.
Last, I have already referred Sarah to a friend of mine that will be transporting two Bentley's from Florida to Kansas City in May.
