I had to ship within two days as I was leaving on Thursday. Josh first scheduled a truck for Wed., but there was a winter storm hitting NJ, and truck could be able to make it. I was told that the truck made an accident. I was not be able to ship before my move out, but left my car to a company's parking lot and give the key to my friend. Next time, Josh scheduled another truck but my friend was not in the company on Friday. Then, the car is shipped during the following Friday (10 days later). Although my friend was not able to arrive to the company, the driver was able to ask for my desk and get the key. Then, I received my car the other week, which was 17 days from the promised day.
But, overal, Josh was able to schedule 3 pickups, and I would use their services again. Although it was scary at the beginning, I am thankful to Josh for making it happened.
