The car actually arrived early but my daughter on the other end couldn't receive it until the prearranged day. the folks on the other end just waited until the arranged day and everything went smoothly. There was a slight delay in the big truck picking up the car on the pick up day because of the inability of the big truck to come down our street. We had to meet the big truck at a parking lot close to our house. In all I chose Josh's company because he called me right away- the quotes were all about the same, but I felt much better about having talked to someone in customer service about the car transport.
