Due to the weather, we had some interruptions in getting the target pickup day and time, but once we established contact with the driver, things went very smoothly. He phoned me from his last pickup two hours prior, and as he was leaving the site. The last pickup was about 10-12 miles away, but I was met at the appointed park and ride lot in prompt fashion. I only had to wait 5-10 minutes before he showed up, in the rain, no less. We introduced each other and in no time he was preparing the carrier to load my car. I watched him make the adjustments in the car above before loading mine. (It was the last one of 12 to be loaded.) When my car was securely loaded and fastened, he completed the inspection and paper work and was on his way to Florida. I was very pleased to hear from my friend on the other end (Ft. Myers) that he was called by the driver to meet at our destination meeting place for delivery. Mission was accomplished in a total time of 44 hours. Amazing service.
