Paid Victor from FR8 because he said he had a carrier to move my car.He guaranteed me it would be moved that evening with no exceptions. When trying to contact the carrier (Bengal Carriers 21 LLC), that FR8 contracted with, I was unable to communicated with the carrier because the voicemail was full and he didn't pickup the phone. When checking with the company my car was sitting at, they informed me the carrier did not reach out to them and car was still at their site. When calling Victor regarding this, he told me he would try to contact another carrier to "give him time". Victor said he would use the deposit I sent FR8 and use it to increase my amount so that I could have a better chance to have my vehicle picked up. When another broker let me know that in fact Victor did not increase the price(using the deposit) the FR8 I realized he lied to me and that he was not working on getting my car picked up. DO NOT USE FR8 Your Way, Inc background checks to see what the carriers rating is. The carrier, Bengal Carrier 21 LLC was actually rated at 33%. When I informed Victor of this he said to me that the person who told me this could be lying to me. I said, "why would this person lie to me, they don't have anything invested in this"' When Victor checked this out, he said "oh he was telling you the truth". STAY AWAY from FR* Your Way. Took my money and told me I won't get a refund because checked with other brokers. BAD company to do business and a terrible Supervisor with the company. I will be telling anyone and everyone of my experience with them and to stay away.

This client booked with 5 brokering agencies and then tried to cancel after the load had been dispatched. Double booking is not allowed and is an automatic forfeiture of the deposit.
