Wow - where to start.
We started planning our car shipment in October of last year, for an end of December ship date. These guys were nice and all, although we usually had to reach out to them. Once we agreed on a ship date, we made the $150 deposit by credit card and were told we would be contacted the day before shipping to arrange the details. No call came - we had to keep checking in. Then the date got pushed a day and then another day....after a few days of constantly calling them, they said their driver had broken down and they had another driver, but he would be $200 more than our agree price of $900. At this point I was already headed across country and had family waiting in CA to get the car picked up.
After some curt discussions, we agreed to the change with the agreement that EZ Auto Trans would refund $100 of their fee.
Car was dropped off a few days later. After a few weeks I had not seen my refund so I called. Here is the list of reasons over the next 6 weeks as to why I hadn't seen my refund:
Accounting Person on vacation. Will do when they get back.
Oh you haven't got that yet(this was a common one)
We had issues with our banks and the systems were down all week.
Let me connect you to Accounting (who were no help and just repeated the same stories)
It has now been over 90 days since you paid so we cannot reimburse your card. Can we have your bank info. This was a good one since in the same call he advised that someone had just embezzled a lot of money from them. When I refused to give him bank info, he promised to send the refund Western Union.
When I called back today to get the routing number, I was routed to Accounting where I held for 10 minutes. When I called Ozzie back it rang about 20 times and they the picked up to hang up. Tried Mike the owner, whose extension rings several times and then disconnects you.

STEER CLEAR. I have shipped three cars across country and this is definitely the most DISHONEST interaction I have every had....
