This company was used as a carrier by a brokerage company. The car was delivered to our address but not unloaded, the company demanded we pay C.O.D. even though we had paid over 900 DOLLARS A MONTH AGO. The company refused to deliver our car, drove it an hour away, dropped it off at a tow yard in the ghetto, did not tell us the location of the car and charged an extra $100 to drive an hour each way to pick it up. The customer representative was rude and unhelpful and held our car "hostage" do not use this service EVER!!! Hopefully we will be able to shut them down because of bad business practices.
