I had cancelled my order with them due to them not returning multiple calls and also telling me my car would be transported in 24-48 hours multiple times and it was not. I cancelled my order with “Ryan” our customer service representative on the October 9th, 10th, and 11th and my husband talked with him again on Monday the 12th for confirmation. Ryan confirmed it again at that time. I set up with another company to transport it, but on October 14th when the company we contracted with came to pick up our car at New Line Motors, I received a call from the New Line Motors manager stating DAS had come and picked up my car earlier that morning. I called DAS and asked who they were and why they had taken my car. They said they were contracted with Express Auto Transport to pick it up and had not been cancelled. My husband and I immediately called Express Auto Transport and after multiple attempts finally reached “Brandon” who is a supervisor and he stated “Ryan” had “forgotten” to cancel the order. I told them I wanted my car returned and they said they didn’t know where it was. Brandon said he would get back to us about it. He never did. For many days we had no idea where our car was and Express Auto Transport NEVER called us back as essentially they had stolen our car. On October 20th I received a call from DAS transporter telling me he was delivering my car to me that evening. As DAS is a separate transporter I had to pay him right then and there to release my car. I paid DAS. I had to sign the release to get my car Express Auto Transport had stolen.

I disputed their charge of $195 with my credit card. Express Auto Transport had contested my dispute of the $195, I contacted them and they said they did not contest it. I asked for a phone number of the manager as they have never called me back before and I wanted a phone number. They gave me the number of “Keith” at 513-881-1992 513-881-1992 . I then called Capital One who told me Express Auto Transport had sent them information to contest my dispute and the information was being sent in the mail and I should receive it soon. I called “Keith” that same day 11/25/09 and left a message to call me and as of today 11/29/09 he has not. I called also on 11/25/09 and asked to speak to “Ryan” and they said that “Ryan” no longer works there.
Express Auto Transport then went back after my order placement and botch up and changed their TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VEHICLE TRANSPORT on 10/22/09. They also do not cover in their Terms and Conditions what occurs if they steal your vehicle after cancelling them. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Express Auto Transport on 11/25/09
