Poor Service

This was my first experience on having my private car shipped to another state. I blame myself choosing Express Auto Transport. My first concern was the cost but I did not realize, "you dont get what you paid for."

In other words:

Not only did I have to pay $895-
The costumer service was awful.
They never bothered to notify me that my car was going to be 13days delayed.
The car was fithy.
You talk about door to door service. They put on 100mi on my car.

I spent almost $700- for my rental car during this whole time. I hope other people learn from my experience. Good Luck

Express Auto Transport is always concerned when a customer feels that they have not had a good experience with our company. However, we spoke with Jill at least six different times, letting her know the current status of her transport. Jills vehicle was picked up and delivered within the normal timeframe for a move of this distance.
