Poor Follow Through

My experience with Express was less than stellar in all aspects of the process save one- My refund. The job was originally scheduled on a Friday and was never input into the system. They didn't realize it until a week later. Once it was finally put into the system 3 weeks passed and they never picked up the vehicle. The vehicle was an oversized truck but I live in a Major City (Atlanta) and it would seem that with all the shipping in and out of here they could have found something during that time. When I spoke with them on the phone I always felt a sense of apathy in the tone and context of the conversations. By the 4th week I had to ask for a refund. Maybe on a standard vehicle they get the job done but in this case I was very disappointed.
