I arranged for my daughters 3 month old 2011 BMW car to be transported from NY to LA through AA-Automovers of Denville, NJ. They in turn subcontracted the transportion through Exotic Carriers, Inc. My daughter's car was picked up on time which was Friday 10/29/10. I was told by Mike, no last name, (Mike is the only person I ever spoke to) that the car would be delivered to her in LA no later than Wednesday 11/10/2010 and that information was provided ONLY after daily phone calls to them. I was then told by Mike, that the reason for the delivery delay was because the drivers truck had machanical problems. When the car did not arrive on 11/10/10 , I began contacting both Exotic & AA-Automovers daily. On Friday 11/12/2010 Mike the informed me that the car would be delivered over the weekend and my daughter would receive a call in advance. The car was NOT delivered over the weekend so Monday 11/15/10 I again called Mike who said that "No one can predict engine problems and with the transport trucks." What Mike did not know was that I had in fact been able to contact the driver after informing AA-Automovers that I was reporting the car stollen and had contacted BMW to track the car via the GPS chip inside of it. The driver did not know the lies that Mike told me and readily told me that he had not even left New York for the West Coast until Thursday November 11, 2010 which was 24 hours AFTER Mike stated would be the WORST case scenario for a delivery date.In otherwords, the car was sitting in a garage somewhere in NJ for 12 full days before it even began its journey from NY to LA. For 2 weeks Mike lied to me on an almost daily basis. Upon delivery of the ca,r my daughter was physically assaulted by the driver when she sat in the drivers seet of it in an attempted to inspect the vehicle. The driver threw himself accross her body, proceeded to curse at her, grabbed the keys out of the car, and then threw the car keys on the ground only after sreaming at her to give him him f***ing money. The car was covered in grey dust when released to her, had a dent in the bumper that shows the outline of the licence plate from vehicle parked next to her car on the truck, 700 plus miles has also been to her car since Exotic pick the car up from us in NY. The phone number of Exotic's Insurance company given to me by AA-Autmovers report a claim, (SUA Insurance Company, phone number 312-277-1684 with a Cargo Insurance Policy number number of 2T6604282B32A has been disconnected and no other information is available. AA-Automovers refuses to assit me since I reported the damage and assault of my daughter to them. The only person who responds to me is a poor salesman who has been trying to help resolve these problems but has zero power to do so himself. I have just completed and mailed certified letter the paperwork to the Bureau of Consumer Fraud & Protection against both Exotic and AA-Automovers. This was and continues to be a nightmare.
