Good service, even better communication

After dealing with a company that basically took my money and then stopped answering their phone I went through a broker that uses exit 15. I was moving my daughter's car from California to Missouri. My car was supposed to be picked up by the 10th but due to some problem the car could not be.picked up until the 11th. The driver coordinated a safe location for me to drop my car off and he took care of the rest. I felt the driver was very nice and professional. He communicated well from the original pickup date and throughout the car's transport. I read the reviews after using them and was shocked on others experience with exit 15. Most were due to damage which quite honestly happens to cars. I think if you have a car that cannot.handle.any road damage pay the extra amount and ship it in an enclosed trailer otherwise be aware that things happen. I don't know how many times my windshield had been cracked due to road hazards. Anyways, the short of this review is that Eldin is an excellent driver and I will use him.when I need the car brought.back to California.
