I was told that they has two trucks running this route. Then I was very surprised to find out that my car was not picked up in 48 hours window as promised, if they indeed has their own truck to transport my car. Later I found out my information was posed to central dispatch board the first day they received my information. So basically I wasted one week precious time with them, give me very little time before we fly away. The broker talk to me about military pride, but I think the proud US military personals should be ashamed of him. The worst thing is that he does not even pick up my phone call.
