Ray was great, advocated for us at every step, worked at 10pm Friday his time when the drive team screwed around. Drive team got there two days early so we had to arrange for a friend to meet them. Driver required assistance unloading the vehicle and almost let it run down an embankment onto the highway due to manually shoving the vehicle off the truck with nobody at the brake. Driver dispatcher mixed up our conversation with a different client and argued with me about the delivery time until I sent her a screenshot of her own message. Dispatcher only accepted Zelle for online payment despite having the ability to process credit. Three of us tried to pay with different errors each time, and she threatened to load our vehicle back up and charge us to store it if we couldn't pay her within 20 minutes. Luckily Ray's boss let him accept the payment and send it to her. Ray gets 5 stars and she gets 0.
