Great Transport Experience

Ms Clarkson is pleasant and very professional. Evergreen was direct in giving information and accurate as to how the transportation would proceed. Communication was frequent and appropriate. Ms Clarkson returned calls promptly and was unfailingly polite. Evergreen is a broker, but the delivery company, NAO out of Vancouver, WA, were equally effective in assuring on time delivery. I had actually expected an open carrier and was pleasantly surprised by the enormous 90+ foot long transporter. The driver Daniel and Serge kept in contact and reported on their trip progress accurately. The delivery went smoothly and the car was on the ground and in a temporary parkiing space as soon as I met the transporter. The car was delivered in the same condition as collected and no surprises regarding the fee. This is far different from previous experiences with less than honest car haulers.
