Lorri was great! Very professional, she outlined the total procedure which was very important as this was the first time I had ever shipped a car. She was quick to both email and return calls regarding any questions I had. The driver, Tony, was also very professional and went out of his way to pick up the car on a rather poor weather day in Chraleston. He assured us that ar as if it were his own and did just that. My daughter who was receiving the car in California was also treated with the utmost respect by the driver, which I appreciated. I would definitely both use the company again and also refer them to my friends.
