Rebate issues...

Apparently the girl who took my order is no longer working for the company. She took my order and scheduled a pick up. The day comes by and the driver did not pick up the car. We schedule another pick up date and that comes and goes. The seller of the car took off on Monday and Tuesday just to make sure the car leaves his place o.k. The driver finally calls him on Thursday and schedules a pick up after lunch. He pulls up and did not want to deliver the car saying it was too low to the ground. The car was a 8,000 Volks bug. After getting after the driver a little while the driver finally has the owner dirve it on the trailer. It finally arrives in Bastrop Tx with no issues. Then I call Evergreen transport to get my 100.00 rebate back and the girl send she will email me the procedures. I never recieve a email so I call back and ask her again to resend them. I still did not recieve them. I then called on the third day and told them to send them to my work email. Guess what not procedures. So I then called for the fourth day in a row and a nice lady by the name of Samatha helped me over the phone. With all of the times I called Evergreen they would always say do you have your order number and I would tell them no you all never gave me it. Untill today Samatha finally gave it to me. Would I use them again. Maybe - Maybe not. I sure didn't think it was going to take this much time to get my 100.00 rebate back... Lets see after my car arrived I have called at least 5 times for help.
