Had Evergreen transport a full size passenger van from Texas to Wisconsin. Lorri was our rep. The price she gave us was acceptable. At time of pick up I was not at dealership had lorri email our price quote the next day and it was off from the first one. I called Lorri up a few times to get it corrected to no avail. I was not enjoying the experience. We received vehicle on time and the problem of pricing had not been taken care of yet. We paid the transport co. the C.O.D. amount what they were owed. Finally was able to get ahold of Lorri, she admiited she had under quoted it. Lorri admiited the error and will reimburse us the amount of the under quote. I started out not very happy but in the end Lorri and I talked it though. And I'm satisfied.
