Service was fine except for the six hours I had to wait past the communicated pickup time. I would suggest that if you are doing a favor for a relative or friend, make sure that the car is parked at your house rather than your friend's. Had that been the case under these circumstances, I probably would've cancelled the order and rescheduled with another company.

So if you are counting on door-to-door service, don't! And if you are counting on a specific window, don't or you will be sorry.
