The best thing about this company is Ian Couture in accounting. He is by far the only thing they have going for them in the honesty department. Everytime I called about my refund I was assured it was in the mail. Then I was told to call back if you don't have it by a certain time and we will issue another one. I guess they just put me on hold and never checked. Then after speaking with Ian, he advised me the check was never sent and he apologized and I got the check roughly four days after he told me it was mailed out. Five Stars to Ian!!! Never got pick-up shipped because I found it was easier to go and get it myself oppossed to waiting for someone to bid on it and pick it up. Did not realize I had a middle man bidding. Next time I will definitely do further research and make sure the carrier has it own trucks before accepting a bid. Never let a middle man do what you can do yourself. As for the refund it is funny they can zap it out of your check book but you have to wait 30 days if you cancel. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Big ups to Ian because at the rate the regular call takers were going it would have been six months before I got my money.
