The overall experience was pretty good, It did take a few days to get the carrier to commit. but I guess that is the industry. I would have preferred him ( the carrier )to give me a heads up that he was about to arrive at my house. Also, when the car arrived at the destination there was the same problem. But not an insurrmountable issue Evergreen people were extremely professional and very nice to deal with. Should I have to transport another vehicle I would certainly contact Evergreen
