The initial experience was excellent - the representative was extremely helpful and the car was picked up promptly and on time. However, the car arrived a day later than it was supposed to arrive. I was told that the car would be in NY by Tuesday, June 21, but it didn't arrive until a day later, on Wednesday, June 22. This inconvenienced me because I had made plans, assuming I would have the car by Tuesday night. In addition, when I sent two emails to a representative of the company asking where I could find the link to the rebate site and both went unanswered. For a company that appears to pride itself on customer service, this seems like a major error. Most importantly though, the car did arrive in good shape.
