Evergreen was wonderful; Carrier was a challenge

In the end, the car was picked up and delivered on time. Just with a little drama in the middle with the shipping company. Evergreen was a wonderful company to work with. Available, responsive, honest, pleasant. They ended up going to a shipping company that would not provide the contact info for their driver. This posed a challenge when I couldn't coordinate the pickup after hours and the shipping company office was closed. I called Evergreen and they continued to ping Internet Auto Transport (out of Ohio).
