Worst Customer Service

As of writing this Estes has my shipment at their facility in Denver for 3 weeks. This is 3 weeks without a call from customer service letting me know what is happening, or to schedule a delivery. I have called multiple times and have had multiple people lie to me. First was Leykin Garner who told me the order was to be picked up by the delivery agent on 6/16 and that i would get a call in the next two days to schedule delivery (mind you i called them because they didn't call me). After not receiving the delivery call i called back and got another lady who was just as unprofessional and told me my order would ship that day, which again i soon found was a lie. I emailed Leykin back on 6/22 letting him know i still have not received a call for delivery and i wanted to speak to a manager. He said "i have informed my supervisor and we are working on getting this out tomorrow.". WHAT...this is the guy that told me it would go on 6/16. Today is 6/28 and I still have not heard from a supervisor and have not received a call to schedule delivery. This company is a complete joke. I called the retailer i ordered from and cancelled my remaining purchase because i will not do business with a company that uses Estes to ship. They don't care about you, will lie to you, and simply have terrible service. Best of luck should you use them
