My review with this was overall excellent for the reason that customer service was always there to answer any doubts or questions. The company understood that I was my first time having a vehicle Transportered from a far distance. Another I wanted to point out was that the Transporter had good manners and polite as well as company. The holidays got in way of the whole process and I thought that would slow us down and we needed the suv for a certain date and in the other hand it came on time even a little earlier than we thought.
One idea that could be used would be that they should have a online customer service. For example if you had a question and sent it and had no response and tried calling and the same luck the you could go to website. From the website have a section for the customer service questions and answers if that didn't answer their question the could do the online chat. Online chat like some the dealers have for their website.
You could also give your customers a order confirmation number so when they call they won't have to be asking for the dealers name or other private information they could just pull your contract based on the confirmation and clarify the name or type of vehicle.
