I had never used a transport service before and was quite nervous about the whole process. I spoke to Jennifer earlier this week and she took the time to explain how this all works. With the knowledge of knowing that everyone I spoke to was a broker, I could see how Jennifer's quote fit right in with my needs. Even on the week of Thanksgiving, she was able to find a truck for me within 2 days. My vehicle was actually delivered last night, and it arrived in perfect condition. Thank you Jennifer!
