Ok where do I start? I was given such bad service I have made it a personal mission to let everyone I know how horrible this company is. In the beginning I was quoted the price of $750. However, I kept insistently having to call trying to schedule a pick up date. Finally when Eddie the person whom I was in contact with was able to schedule a date he was 10 days late and I had to drive two hours and pay an extra $100 for the shipper to pick up my car. I was desperate and had to catch a plane so I complied. He apologized profusely and said that he would reimburse me $50 dollars. He then went on to say that the driver would have my car to me in 5 to 7 days after pick up. The driver took the full 10 days to get my car to me. I called about my $50 reimbursement NOTHING! However, after the transaction had been completed he even thanked me for my phone calls that “helped him stay on track.” That should have been a warning unless you want to constantly be on their back to help them stay on track and do their job don’t go for this company!

I apologize on behalf of Eddie, he was only trying to get your vehicle transported. It can sometimes be difficult for us to do so due to various reasons. In your case, it was due to weather conditions that delayed the whole process. We constantly keep our customers up to date, I doubt he would state it helped him stay on track. We have a software program that alerts us to update customers. I do apologize that your vehicle took so long.
