My husband and I requested a transport from downstate Illinois to southern California. I was treated respectfully and honestly by the company at all times. Although our final price came in higher than originally quoted, we were happy to pay the price to get our car delivered safely and within our time frame, which was a bit tight. Since we don't live near a major metropolitan area, we understood that it was a more difficult to get drivers than if we lived in/near a big city. Although the car wasn't picked up until days after our first available date, Bill worked very hard to get our car picked up as soon as he could get a driver, and we really appreciated that.
We were given a phone number to use in the event we wanted to contact the transport driver. After two attempts to contact the driver via the phone number I was given, I did receive a call back, but not for a couple of days...
But it's true what they say..."All's well that ends well!" The driver was courteous and brought my husband's 1981 Corvette to him safely, so he is one happy guy!
Overall, our experience was excellent, given our locations for both pick-up and drop-off, and we would recommend this company to anyone who needs to transport their vehicle.
