After assigning our pickup to a hauler, the hauler decided he "couldn't" pick up the car 5 minutes before the pickup time, after spending 10 minutes on the phone getting directions. I actually got through to customer service, and the guy I spoke to did not seem to know how to do his job. They rescheduled it for a later date. However we are moving, my fiancé is retiring from the army, and we have to be clear of base housing in 2 days, I explained this to them over a week ago and was told it wouldn't be a problem. The car was supposed to be picked up by the 14th, it is now the 13th and nothing. I have tried numerous times to contact customer service, both through email and phone. They do not answer the email, and the phone goes to voicemail, and they never call back. It is completely ridiculous and unprofessional. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, you will regret it if you do.
